A Little Too Not Over Hinata

"Hinata...I...I'm sorry...I don't know where I went wrong but....I...I just can't see you anymore...I see you looking at him the way you did before he left...Sorry.."

It was barely a whisper but Hinata heard Kiba loud and clear...She knew what he meant and why...Her feelings for Naruto HAD come back...Even after he had left her and Kiba's work to help her get over him in the past 2 years...

"I...I understand Kiba...", Hinata put her hand gently on Kiba's cheek. Kiba was reluctant to press  her hand closer to his face but his hand moved on its own. Kiba jerked away and ran off into the streets of Konoha.

He lay there in his room, on his bed, looking at the ceiling...Next to him there was a photo...There was a girl with long purple hair and a tall blonde with joined hands. He was enraged by the photo and tore it into shreds. His head was throbbing and his vision was blurry. He stared at his hands and at the large nails that started to grow accompanied by oversized canines. As he tried to get hold of himself, his partner Akamaru stood by him, enduring the pain with him...

Kiba dashed downstairs and pushed through his mother and Hana. He burst out of the door and grabbed his jacket that was on a table outside.

"AKAMARU!" He bellowed. In a matter of seconds the large dog followed. "C'mon..." He said as he mounted the dog and headed for the training grounds.

"GATSUUGA!!!!" The cinderblocks were turned into debris. This was Kiba's usual routine that happened almost daily. Whenever he was infuriated, he came to take it out on training dummies and walls and bricks, anything he could find in that perimiter. He kept going until he ran out of Chakra. However, if he ever ran out of things to annihilate he would attack anyone who came near him.

But at those times, he was barely conscious...His mind was clouded with thoughts of Hinata...Why he ended their relationship...All the good and bad times he had with her...Their first kiss...And...how she ended up with Naruto...

THAT is what fueled his anger and released his fury. The only person who had ever calmed him down was Hinata. I know what you're thinking: 'Had? Well what happened to her?" Well the answer to that was that...Naruto and Hinata were...married...and had moved to the Land of Waves... However, Hinata had spoken to Kiba one last time the day before...

" Kiba, I don't have to leave...If you want me here I WILL stay...But I know it must be very provoking to see me everywhere...Please...Kiba...you're my teammate and my best friend...I would never EVEr want to cause you any sort of misery...It's you're choice...Here and now Kiba...decide."

Yet he did not move an inch. It was as if he had died at that instant. And Hinata, rushed by Naruto, left without another word...

But in spite of everything, Kiba still has hope. He has hope that Hinata will return and come back to him...forever...
